I was dancing today, took 2-3 steps standing up on most of the lifts. Need to make sure I keep my chest up at the bottom. Also need to be stronger in my lock-out. Missed 2 lifts but made them up... 3 rounds @ 85#, 3 rounds @ 87.5#... Wore my new lifters today. They may have been fastened too tight in the toes, because my feet felt numb.
