Notes

Did ring p/us at 4/4/4, b/j at 5/5/5 each round. Unbroken in deadlift. Deadlifts felt great, not heavy but still enough of a challenge. Haven't been in the box for a while, so I paced myself on the p/us and b/js to keep muscles oxygenated. Pullups in warm up were blue blue, with a kick swing. Felt fast and strong. BtwB predicted 4 fulls round, and I got 1 and change extra. Fantastic. Good to be back.
