This was hard!! really pushed on this one. I was upset that I got beat by 3 or 4 peeps by 15 seconds. must keep same mind set all the time. ps was 10-6/4-6/4-6/4-7/3. burpess were horrible but tried not to go to a knee while getting up. jumps were unbroken and steady.
