Buy-in took me 2 min flat; 1 min for du's and 1 min for push-ups (5 sets of 3)... Had a small blister from yesterday that ripped today on 2nd set of power snatch. Did 3/3/2/2 rounds 1-2, 3/2/2/2/1 rounds 3-4, and 3/2/2/1/1/1... burpees were okay. Lateral bar jumps slowed me down big time, 2's the whole way. I don't feel comfortable with these due to all my ankle sprains going sideways.
