Notes

Did unbroken kettlebells. Runs were slow...took a pause on each turn around. I still hate running. Pull-ups...did butterflies first 5 sets...in about 5 each set...then alternated between kipping and butterflies for last 3 rounds. Last run did 200 and turned around and ran for the last 5 secs...hence the added 10m,.
