3rd time back. I think I'm going to stop counting after this. Definitely need to go up from the blue band. Did way better on the runs than I thought!!! Keep that up!!! Great mindset!!! Do all things for the glory of our lord and saviour. In a way, suffer with him ;) Runs: Full, Full, Half, 3/4. Pull-ups in 5's. Kettlebells all 15,10-5, and so on
