Just tried to keep a good pace and not take a rest on the jump ropes but rather take Jake's advice and use them to cool down and breath. Worked well. Only allowed myself one plop burpee per sesh and didn't need to do those until later rounds. Feeling pretty good for starting over. For sure coming in with a new and different feel and mindset about the whole thing. And to end on an ironically good note, Merry Christmas!!!
