So incredibly fired up about this. Story time: last time I did this workout was last September when I was having back issues which led to a huge injury that forced me to take 5 weeks off of training. Even with those back issues though I was crushing huge PRs on everything in sight and I truly felt like my engine was the best it has ever been. Since then I haven't ever had that feeling again. So to pull off a PR on a workout that I feel like I hit in my prime is so exciting. I have upped my strength a ton since that injury and so to start to get to that point where I think my capacity and engine is increasing is huge for me. So blessed. Hit this with Josh P. and Sam. Josh SMOKED IT and I just tried to keep up haha. 1:14 / 1:50 / 2:28 / 2:51 / 2:31. Broke the MU more than last time, 7 / 7 / 4-2-1 / 4-2-1 / 4-1-1-1. Went HARD on the burpees.
