Did chest 2 bar instead of muscle ups....chest 2 bar is getting much better! Towards the end of the WOD I was stringing 3 together! I can't remember the last time I strung 3 c2b pull ups together...burpees were insane! This was a tough WOD for me...bodyweight movements are not my thing...happy that I did this though....just got better!
