Bad day for a fun wod. Vinces & drinking yesterday made for pukie feeling all wod. pu's pooped out sooner than I thought they would. Was hitting 7, then in the 5th round died & dropped to 4. Rowed hard, went into air squats exhausted. Hit 18 1st three rounds then missed one. All in all happy that I beat my goal number by one.
