Goal for today: workout a little and not vomit everywhere mid WOD. Been sick all week and it throat punched me pretty hard. Have not rested 4 days straight in years...feeling a lot better but just can't seem to shake off this uneasy stomach. Really hoping to be able to do a lot more tomorrow.
