Ok so this first round was not so bad...did like 5 ring pull ups break and finished...rows no big deal like 5 and 5. BAM then came the second set and it all fell apart. I mean I was only getting two then rest two then rest. On the third set it was like 1-2 maybe then rest..also all my rows were not true supine...I may have been a foot or so off the ground on a couple when I got tired in the middle rounds.
