Deadlift at 150#. The runs slaughtered my breathing, but really happy with the numbers. Definitely one of my weaknesses is running and breathing at the same time. The tabata warm up was interesting. Not too sure if I'm a fan just yet. Took it easy on pull ups and knee ups for the ripped calluses. Hoping these heal quick.
