Modified the CFK partner WOD and switched out power cleans for some 30# wall balls to give my lat a rest and get some work on them. Still felt super sick and completely beat from a long day but happy with this considering. Made it a point to not let myself rest more than moving from one movement to the next. Couldn't run for crap because I couldn't breath but everything else felt pretty good.
