Used a 45# bumper plate for the deficit hspu. This was gross. Hard to figure out what pace to run the 1k. Splits were hspu then run per round. 0:21/4:30, 0:31/4:57, 0:36/4:51, 0:31/4:56, 0:27/5:10, 0:25/5:27, 0:25/4:36. Did this at CFK Ontario with my wife.
