wasn't as bad as i was expecting to get but i did only do 45. my right wrist is DUMB and I'm going to chop it off. I think when i focused more on pulling my shoulders waaayy back and only doing a parallel squat my wrist did a lot better but now im also tingly. didn't stop on the runs except to take one deep breath at the 200m mark. nancy, we are NOT friends... i will do you Rx'd one day.
