should've been smarter about breaking up the sets. i knew this would be bad when i hit 15 pullups in the first set and the timing wasnt right on the butterfly. the 2nd and 3rd rounds were pretty much ones and twos on both movements. i guess 34 minutes is not bad for how much i rested.
