HAHAHAAAAAAHAHAHA *gun emoji* So. Attempted the HSPUs. Failed xDDD Literally spent 2 minutes on the first round trying to get ONE. KIPPING. PUSH UP x) Ohh Lord help me hahahaha. Just took those out completely lmao. Really have to focus on keeping my arms straight on the cleans, I tend to pull and die out really fast. Considering my max squat clean is only 5 pounds more than this, Tracy's pretty content! :D Push jerks are getting stronger!
