Stoked, tons of positives to take away from this. Sam and Chris killed this and I did my best to hang with them. Went 9-7-7-7 on the cleans and 15-15 on the pull ups for all 3 rounds. Squats cleans were nasty but PU felt great. Really fought to maintain those sets and pushed hard. Runs were death...seriously contemplated walking haha. 3:37 / 4:44 / 4:34. Last run was faster than the second!
