Used 2 purple bands for pull-ups Haven't been eating enough the past week, and I can feel it! Especially during the last round. broke up the squat cleans in reps of 5. Need to work on pull-ups. Broke it up a lot. That was the slowest movement. ran the run without stopping except the last round. Ran/walked it.
