Did half reps/run in 2009 in 20 minutes. Pretty happy with this. Pace 10-12 minutes per round. Cleans 10/5/3/2/5/3/2, 5/3/2x3, 5/3/2x3 PU 7x4/2, 7x4/2, 7x3/9. Could have pushed harder on pullups, had a good amount left in the tank but didn't want to burn out grip.
