All cleans and pull-ups in sets of 5. Smart. First run strained something on lower right calf/upper achilles in about the third stride. Needed some running warm-up maybe or at least some calf stretches. we'll see how it feels tomorrow. Thank good ness I-Esha was there to chase on the final run. Tried, but just couldn't run her down.
