Ok so this was 800 m run, the 10 rds, or 10 min of Cindy which ever came first..so I only completed 6 rds plus 5 pull ups, I couldn't do anymore push ups after about 3 rds my arms were DEAD..plus becnh press didn't help that either before the wod!!
