Did this one instead of my programming I did for myself, I just feel like the CF Football stuff is tough, which it is..and when I program for myself its easy to look at it all day and talk myself out of it...coming to the gym and doing the unknow is so much easier..and it seems to have my attention....need to get back on my CF Football WOD's.
