Did this after the EMOM....did 7 c2b pull ups and 7 ring dips instead of muscle ups....very tough...my first round I started out with a set of 3 c2b pull ups after that every round started out with 2....I feel like I lose my swing once I get tired....going to keep working on the c2b....ring dips felt much better today! Working on the kip! Practiced butterfly pullups after this....planning on getting back on the muscle up trail....this is my second week on 11 blocks I was eating 12-13 but I think 11 blocks works best for me....time to keep it going! Progress!
