First time doing this complex....it was very tough holding onto the bar for that second snatch...OHS were easy....hang squat snatch felt good until it got heavy and then it was just hard to hang on to the bar...I'm not sure what my max hang power snatch is but the weight was flying up on the power snatch...my grip just needs to get stronger
