At the PD with Winnie -- Sub'd SDHP with 85# deadlifts, because internal rotation still bothers my RT shoulder. Hurt at the top... Pull-ups unbroken 1st round, then 5/3/2 for rounds 2-5. Hand-release push-ups were slow, 3's and 2's. Deadlifts unbroken.
