@ Power Keg : Bar was on blocks to start slightly above knee. Muscle Clean was new and strange. No legs all core/hip and arms. Felt odd to preform clean after muscle clean. Weight wasn't an issue. Could have gone heavier if I felt comfortable with the movement.
