Hit a 20:00 solo version of this at the end of a lonnnng day and just left any kind of rest out. Still focusing on moving faster and minimizing my rest. Can't let myself stay slow, tired of feeling that way. Unbroken movements (24# WB because all the 20#s were in use) and felt really good on burpee bar MU. 2:42 / 2:47 / 2:47 / 3:01 / 3:08 / 3:18 / 2:13 (partial round at the end). Pleased with the splits, think I would have finished that last round off right around 2:40.
