Did this with Jeremy and Maine. I went with Maine, Jeremy did the other round. I used a 30# WB the first round, but it was crazy heavy. My first time on that. After the first round I did 5 @ 30# and 10 @ 20#. Running slow, movements took a lot out of me. Burpees were harder than MUs.
