Did this after the 40 min AMRAP....so I was a bit tired....but I'm glad I PR'd! I didn't miss any reps until I got to 175....weight was feeling good...I actually caught 185 and just couldn't stand it up....big thanks to Jeremy! He was there helping me a long! Looks like I need to work on moving my feet when I land so I can actually land in a good squatting position...I think if I jump harder and get faster with moving my feet I'll be able to do a lot more....I also noticed on some reps I jumped early and that caused me to land on my toes....gotta work on this in Oly class...but excited about the PR! Now my squat clean matches my power clean! Now I just need to get to squat cleaning more weight! My sights are set on 200#!!!
