The rows wore me out. I need to be more efficient in my pulls instead of being lazy and just getting through them. Sub'd the 2 muscle-ups with 2 C2B pull-ups + 2 push-ups. Everything else RX'd, and everything unbroken for all 8 rounds. Made sure to get nice and high on C2B... with Garry at the PD
