Moose Trax: Nice PR today! Felt nice and loose after the Oly lifting class. Started off on fire, Push Press started to get sloppy towards the later rounds. Box Jumps unbroken except for one trip up. KB Swings unbroken all the way. Push Press round one and two unbroken, then 5's until I lost my core then pushed what ever I had in the tank.
