1 rep PR! haha... I'll take it. My body is trashed, 4th day in a row... legs still feel like lead from Sunday, plus 3rd straight day of pressing overhead... Was a little ahead of last time for my splits, then died at the end... 85# PP were 5/5 for rounds 1-2, 5/3/2 for 3rd round, 4/3/3 for rounds 4-6, 4/2/2/2 for round 7, then 3/2/2... KBS and box jumps unbroken. Splits were 1:34, 3:46, 6:33, 9:20, 12:15, 15:40, 18:50... Last time I finished round 7 at 19:20 and got 6 PP, this time finished at 18:50 and only got 7 (sigh)
