Warm Up was 3 rounds for time - did 4:47. Rx'd Swings and Box Jumps. Did the Press at 60 (put Rx'd on the site so it could pull my numbers). It felt like a solid weight, but when I got more and more tired, i kept double dipping. Started doing deeper dips, and faster presses, which helped the speed a lot. Fell off the box once, and focused on up, not over. Unbroken my first round for all movements. Press was broken at 5/5, 6/4, 5/5, 3/3/4/, 2/2/3/2/1, and then the final one rep. Swings were unbroken until the 5th round - 5/5, 6/4. Box Jumps I did consistently without a major pause, but enough pause to refocus each jump. Overall, pleased with the numbers for my first Hero wod.
