I'M BACK BABY!!!!! Lol ;) Wasn't even gonna work out today but Collette convinced me otherwise! Thank You!! Just coming off of a week and a half of being sick, eating like crap, and not going to the gym. Was a little scared for today but I paced it nicely and kept the same rep scheme for all but that final minute. 11-1/8-1/6. It feels good to be back. Got to lead some demos today for the class, handstands and deadlifts!! Super fun!!! Have to work on projection and maybe practice the progressions by myself. Never actually taught them before and I had to lead a class....the were great about it though!!! Glad to be back :D
