Notes

Power clean + split jerk... I haven't done a max in exactly 1 year. Did this after the 2-rep, 6 min EMOM and then the 7 min AMRAP, so started pretty tired... went with power cleans. I got 135 (1) year ago, but I can't say that I kept my elbows high. Maintained high elbows this time... Was already warm, so did 85, 95, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125... Power cleaned 130 and it felt SO heavy, I didn't even try to jerk it. Next time.
