Notes

This was a toughie but goodie! Runs were not that fast but they were consistent...about 10 seconds off from my max effort...just didn't have the juice to push hard and my stomach felt off....I think I have to start taking my PUSH a bit earlier to give it time to cycle through my body so my stomach is not all blah...things were much better on the 2nd and 3rd run...the WOD went well....toes to bar were the hardest part....everything else was unbroken all 5 rounds...stretched my hamstrings before the WOD and that helped with toes to bar...I felt that it was easier to get my knees up...gotta keep working on those....I was able to get sets of 4 and 3 on the first few rounds....by round 4 I was down to doubles and finished with singles in round 5...good WOD!
