runs were really solid and fast at about 90% effort. 1-1:19, 2-4:48(1:29), 3-8:19(1:31). wod was killer after runs. burpees were all broken in 5s except rd 1 all 15. PS were all 5s. rested a lot during this one. it was a struggle. lower right back still a bit sore, but didn't affect performance. no warm up workout
