Well this was terrible. I actually ran the whole time...which is a normal persons light jog. Air squats sucked and then double unders sucked really bad after that. Kinda like jumping with lead legs. S2O 10-10-10-5-5-5-5. T2B in 2's and 3's. Wow. Really out of shape.
