Good chipper! Finished the run at 5:37....did air squats in sets of 50 reps...not too fast though, left knee was a bit sore....s2o were done in 10/10/10/10/5/5 and just chipped away at knee to elbow! Tough but good...definitely feeling much better than yesterday! Last WOD before my birthday!!! Woohoo!!! Goodbye 30...hello 31!!!
