Well stoked on getting 30-20 unbroken on chest to bar haha but GHDs did not go well. Felt super winded going into them and then my quad and hip flexors completely died. Major cramp on the 20s. Was going to shoot for the 10 C2B unbroken but didn't want to rip my hand.
