Today was just not a good snatch day...everything was going great until I got to 135...130 is my 1 rep max for squat snatch and that felt great but 135 just would not go...I got it once on the hang...the hang squat snatch feels better...my 1 rep max for that is 140 but at the end of all those snatches....it was just tough...finally got 135 at the end of the EMOM from the ground...so I PR'd my squat snatch by 5# so I should be happy about that...did this before the WOD...Perry suggested doing smaller jumps next time...maybe 2.5# jumps instead of 5 lbs
