Did this at the PD, took me way too long -- Round of 30's took 8:46 (3:05/2:40/3:01), round of 20's took 7:19, round of 10's was 2:49... C2B pull-ups 7, 4, then 3's and 2's for 1st round (no singles until 25), 5/2's/singles, 3/2/singles... burpees were the easiest part, that's when you know a wod is hard... GHD's always give me a headache, slow/small sets the whole way through
