wow. thought the pull ups (5/4/3/3/3/3/3/2/2/2, 5/4/3/2/2/2/2, 5/3/2)would be the hardest. was very happy to get to the sit-ups all unbkn. burpees were rough (20/10, 20, 10). very stiff from yesterdays wod, esp. lower right back. did traditional warm up 5/16/8/8
