Modified the pull ups for the ripped callus that I have. Tried the burpees at a consistent rate, instead of jumping the gun and regretting it five burpees in. Saw this workout before I came in, and I'm glad to get it done and recorded.. These are all movements that I need to work on, so I'm glad I showed.
