Ridiculous improvement over the previous week's snatch session. Full snatches felt silly light, really stoked on that. 240# / 245# / 250# were really crisp and solid. Hang snatches were definitely tougher but way better than last week and finished with 245# which is what I hit at regionals and only 5# under my best. Went for 262# after and nailed it. :)
