Squat 20x5x2, 70x4, 100x3, 120x2, 130x1. Set 3 on video. Press 20x5x2, 30x4, 40x3, 54x2, 64x1. Went up fairly easy til rep 5 of 3rd set. Pullups did 7 for first set.
