    Redo! Freaking pumped! I couldn’t have done anything better. Focused on holding 1:30 per round. Fast transitions and quick movement. Switch DB in the air and didn’t bring it to shoulder on the way down. Rounds were very consistent. Held a stead pace my rows.     With Maine at 2:45. Goal was open with more than 12. Got 14. Not afraid of anything. Singles after that. Movements felt good just winded after the 14. Handled the 14 in just under 1 min. Had no goal after the big set. Should have focused on a number per minute. Next time I’ll do that. Got 21 in the next 4 mins. Should shoot for 6 per minute after the first set. Good day.

    Solo at 2:45. Changed my own weights and it too way too long. Felt awesome. No misses until second rep on 225#. Had a solid pace. Chest to bar felt amazing. Wore grips on tape to no rip. Very happy with my approach and mindset. Listened to some calming music before to stay chill. Focus was dont try to do anything special or magical just do what I do. It worked. Goal was get through the 185#. Felt great.

Push jerk right into deads quick turn and then step up step down the whole time. I’m freaking dying right now. Goal was stay under 1 min per round as long as possible.     With #mainesqueeze at 2:45. Unbroken muscle ups no issue. Runs were toughest part. Muscle ups felt amazing. Wide elbows on burpees and push-ups is helping. Goal was under 3 min rounds. Splits- 1:48/0:35, 2:03/0:39, 2:08/0:41, 2:03/0:37, 2:04/0:34, 2:05/0:35, 2:06/0:31, last run took me 1:40. Needed about 18 seconds more to finish that run! Fun one.

    Did this 5 mins after the wod. Singles and drop. Every 5 seconds for 1 minute just to cycle the bar. Then 20 lateral burpee over bar for fun. Took 40 seconds.
