    Solo at 2:45. Changed my own weights and it too way too long. Felt awesome. No misses until second rep on 225#. Had a solid pace. Chest to bar felt amazing. Wore grips on tape to no rip. Very happy with my approach and mindset. Listened to some calming music before to stay chill. Focus was dont try to do anything special or magical just do what I do. It worked. Goal was get through the 185#. Felt great.

    With #mainesqueeze at 2:45. Holy crap. Felt amazing until 8 rounds. Drove home from Big Bear and came over to hit this. Push jerk right into deads quick turn and then step up step down the whole time. I’m freaking dying right now. Goal was stay under 1 min per round as long as possible. Splits - 0:53/0:52/0:56/0:54/0:58/0:58/0:56/1:01/1:05/0:57/0:25... Ready...

    With #mainesqueeze at 2:45. Unbroken muscle ups no issue. Runs were toughest part. Muscle ups felt amazing. Wide elbows on burpees and push-ups is helping. Goal was under 3 min rounds. Splits- 1:48/0:35, 2:03/0:39, 2:08/0:41, 2:03/0:37, 2:04/0:34, 2:05/0:35, 2:06/0:31, last run took me 1:40. Needed about 18 seconds more to finish that run! Fun one.

    Did this 5 mins after the wod. Singles and drop. Every 5 seconds for 1 minute just to cycle the bar. Then 20 lateral burpee over bar for fun. Took 40 seconds.

    11am group class. Full out sprint all movements and rounds. Sumo deads get incredible and super fast. Unbroken everything.

    Solo at 3:10. Unbroken until 293 with like 15 seconds left . Tripped twice and couldn’t function. Haha huge pr for max set!!! Focused on hand positioning and soft knees on landing.
