    Japan Nationals--feeling sick as a dog but managed to hit 97% of my PB and had a pretty close attempt at a 1k PR at 86--it was so close but just a little too slow

    Misfits Athletics Bitch work of the day. 3k on the ski erg, followed by 6k on the assault bike, finishing with 3k on the rower. Unfortunately, my right shoulder was cramping and hurting AF, decided to skip the row because of all the pulling that awaited me. These type of words are my biggest weaknesses.

    This was hard and difficult to pace. Me and Zoe (yes a girl) were neck and neck most of the time. She beat me in the DU but I passed her on the air squat, push ups were hard for both of us but I moved faster and then I finished it on the burpees to target. My target was a bit higher than the 6", but it wouldn't make any difference......my right shoulder was fucked

    Very little warm up to start the session. People were waiting for me to join the session. Warm up sets felt heavy, but felt good at prescribed weight. AMRAP of bodyweight overhead squat. Could've done 1 or 2 more in my first set, but felt like saving some energy for the other 2 sets. Last set just crushed my shoulders and was super unstable.

    Unbroken sets of unbroken handstand walk. After feeling shit doing the MU accessory work, and giving up on it, felt good to succeed on something I suck at. After this managed to turn while doing the handstand, 20ft to the foam roller and turned back for more 20ft of HSW, all unbroken.

    This sucked. The set of 21 unbroken on the DL, broke my soul, making the set of HSPU even harder. My hand positioning on the wall was bad and I felt "off" during it. Broke the DL in the round of 15 (9+6), everything else unbroken. Goal was to go bellow 3min, but for that I had to go unbroken.

    Heavy Single Power Clean......felt like shit. lol. Still struggling with pounds while adding weight, but that miss @255 pissed me off. Went down to 235lbs and went back again to 255. Didn't deserve to try anything heavier......it wouldn't have happened.
